Doctors are top notch, but staff is a mess. There are always a million trainees running around interrupting everything, everyone always seemed scatter brained. Check in and billing take forever, no one seems to have access to the same information, only one lady is really helpful and she hard to reach. Billing is a separate offsite person so good luck getting in touch with them. Again, doctors are the best in the game so I will always come here regardless, but staff really needs to get their act together. Unprofessional, annoying, and potential to cause some actual issues with insurance.

Great group. Dr Chase is very thorough—he made it clear what was happening with my teeth, jaw and air passages for the first time, after years of different treatments by others for my TMJ and sleep apnea. Looking forward to his plan to address it.

Dr. Madhavan took the time to explain in great detail the causes and effects of obstructive sleep apnea and the use of the dental device. She carefully reviewed my sleep study records and answered all of my questions. It was a pleasure dealing with a health care professional who was willing to spend extra time to make sure the patient fully understood the condition being treated and the services provided. I was extremely satisfied with my visit today with Dr. Madhavan at Chase Dental.
